Levels of Care
We offer specialized programs for mental health and substance use disorders in a safe, supportive environment. Our expert team provides the foundation for lasting recovery, including medication-assisted treatment (MAT) options at all levels of care.
Partial Hospitalization Program
Our partial hospitalization program (PHP) runs Monday through Friday, providing structured, comprehensive care. Clients receive individual therapy twice weekly, a weekly psychiatric evaluation, and ongoing follow-ups to support their recovery journey.
Intensive Outpatient Program
Our intensive outpatient program (IOP) offers two levels of care — IOPx5 (Monday through Friday) and IOPx3 (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday). Both include weekly individual therapy and an initial psychiatric evaluation with medication consultation to support ongoing recovery.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long is the program?
Length of stay depends on your individual clinical, medical, and social needs. On average, most clients can expect to spend four to six weeks in the PHP level of care and six to eight weeks in IOP. Your engagement in treatment and progress toward goals may influence your overall timeline.
How often do I see my therapist?
You’ll meet with your therapist on a weekly basis and consult with a medical provider as needed, based on your treatment plan.
Can you help me with FMLA, disability, or legal issues?
Yes. Clients have access to care management services, including help with FMLA, short-term disability, and legal matters. You’ll meet with your care manager on a weekly basis for support. Long-term disability assistance is not provided.
Is family or couples therapy included?
Family or couples therapy may be included in your treatment plan if clinically appropriate. We encourage involving loved ones when it supports your progress and aligns with your therapeutic goals.
Which treatment program will I be in (substance use or mental health), and are the groups separate or combined?
Clients are placed in the program that best fits their primary clinical needs. While some therapy and process groups are program-specific, many are co-occurring and integrated to support both mental health and substance use recovery, depending on group dynamics.
When do I start programming?
You’ll begin attending a full day of programming on the day of your admission. Starting right away helps build momentum and supports early progress in your recovery.
We’re committed to providing life-changing treatment at every level. Here’s what members of our community say about us.
“STR is a phenomenal program. I was so scared walking in there and was immediately embraced as basically a family member. This program contributed significantly — and still does — to my sobriety. I've been able to reach almost two years now and I can't thank them enough.”
