Lifetime Alum Support

Recovery doesn’t end at discharge — and at STR Bucks County, neither does the support. The Alumni Program helps clients and their families stay connected through support groups that offer encouragement, shared experiences, and a genuine sense of community long after treatment ends.

With guidance from a dedicated alumni coordinator, clients and their loved ones have ongoing support during the transition back to everyday life — strengthening connection, accountability, and long-term progress every step of the way.

Behind every treatment plan is a team of people who genuinely care about the person in front of them. STR Bucks County’s clinicians bring deep expertise in substance use disorders, mental health conditions, and co-occurring disorders — and an equal commitment to showing up for each client as a human being, not just a case. From the psychiatric provider to the therapist to the care manager, every member of the team is present and invested every step of the way.
