Free Virtual Family Support Groups

You Don’t Have to Do This Alone

When a loved one is navigating a mental health condition or substance use challenge, the impact reaches far beyond the individual. Family members and caregivers often carry an enormous weight — and too often, they carry it alone.

STR Behavioral Health’s free virtual family support groups exist to change that. These weekly Zoom sessions bring together adults who are supporting a loved one through treatment and beyond, offering a confidential, compassionate space to share experiences, ask questions, and build the kind of community that makes this journey more manageable.

Groups are facilitated by experienced STR staff and grounded in the same evidence-informed approach that guides our clinical programs. Whether your loved one is currently in treatment, recently discharged, or somewhere in between, there is a place for you here.

No referral required. No prior connection to STR needed. Open to any adult who needs support.
